You can call the prescriptions line for 24 hours a day, but only for repeat prescriptions.
Please clearly record:
- your name, address, date of birth.
- the name of the medicine your require, the strength and directions for
- the name of your pharmacy.
(If the data recorded are incomplete, we shall be unable to provide the prescription.)
If you record your prescription requirements before 12 o'clock, the medicines will be at your pharmacy the next day, after 15.00 o'clock.
If there have been any changes in your medication, (e.g. by a consulting physician) you need to pass this on to the medical receptionist, via the regular practice line.
